What is a simple notarization?
The following notarization services fall under simple notarizations:

What is a loan signing?
The following notarization services fall under loan signing:

After ordering your notarization, you will be able to book your appointment.

Service Level Agreement

Notarize365 will adhere to all laws applicable to the state of New Jersey and stated in the New Jersey Notary Public Manual. You (the customer) agree to the following:

Custom Requests / Additional Services

Custom requests such as next day shipping are permitted however the customer is responsible for paying for any additional fees (i.e. shipping labels, boxes, etc...) on or before your booking appointment.

Coverage Area

All service fees quoted cover a geographic radius of 20 miles or less from the Plainsboro Library. In the event customer's requested location is beyond 20 miles, Notarize365 will send an invoice to cover an additional convenience fee,
which will need to be paid prior the booked appointment.

Terms of Cancellation

Customers may cancel their notarization within 24 hours of the booked appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than the 24 period will not be given a refund and instead can reschedule within 72 hours of cancellation. If a customer has not rescheduled an appointment within 72 hours, their refund will be forfeited.

If the customer does not show up within 15 minutes of booked appointment, it is up to the notary's discretion to consider the customer's lateness as a cancellation. Customers will forfeit their refund for failing to show up to a booked appointments or are considerably late.

In the event a Notarize365 notary cancels an appointment per his or her own request, the customer will be notified of cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
